The Gold Tier gives members a stronger foundation for protecting their vehicle, understanding their insurance coverage, and navigating a claim with confidence. This tier combines the Vehicle Condition Report education series with Total Loss Dispute training, providing practical guidance on documenting a vehicle’s condition, understanding how damage estimates are written, making informed deductible and coverage decisions, and protecting a vehicle throughout its ownership lifecycle. Members also learn how to review and challenge a total loss determination and negotiate more effectively with an insurance company. The Gold Tier is designed to give vehicle owners the knowledge, documentation strategies, and tools they need to make better decisions before, during, and after an insurance claim.
